  • Do you take insurance?
    Yes, we accept several major insurance plans. Coverage can vary, so we recommend checking with your provider to confirm if your plan includes our services.  We are currently in network with Highmark BCBS, Aetna, Independence Blue Cross, Quest Behavioral Health and Lyra. Sexual assault victims  are also eligible to have your counseling paid for by Victims Compensation. It does NOT have to have been reported to the police to qualify.  The crime must have occurred in Pennsylvania. 

  • Do you offer online therapy?
    Yes, we specialize in online therapy, making it convenient for you to get support from the comfort of your home. Our virtual sessions are secure, easy to access, and flexible to fit into your busy schedule.



  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?
    Therapy is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, or relationship challenges, we’re here to support you. If you’re unsure, schedule a consultation, and we can chat about what might work best for you.

  • What issues do you specialize in?
    We specialize in working with perinatal mental health, trauma and anxiety. Much of the trauma we work with is body based trauma, so birth trauma, medical trauma and sexual assault. We see a lot of moms in our practice, as well as healthcare workers and caregivers, but anyone is welcome!

  • How often do I need to come to therapy?
    Frequency depends on your individual needs. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others may opt for bi-weekly or as-needed support. We’ll discuss what feels most helpful for you during our sessions.

  • What if I’ve never been to therapy before?
    That’s totally okay! Many of our clients are new to therapy. We create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. No experience is necessary—just come as you are.
